strange modem

i am trying to figure out what to do about this dell i am working on!

it will dial up and goto one page but then it sais cant display page when you click on anything.


also in task manager if i shut down winamp it seems to do better

does anyone know how to get rid of winamp permanatly?

or any other suggestions?

Try going into safe mode and delete Winamp in ADD/Remove Programs from there. Download CCleaner and run it too.
