Strange redirects to "free porn" Google search, hanging script prompts. Log attached.

Have used toolbarcop, Spybot, Ad Aware, but there is something lingering, I'm sure of it.

clean ur PC out with PCBugDoctor & then run Ad-Aware with full system scan, keeping Norton Auto-Protect(or similar) on at the time. Repeat, replacing Ad-Aware with Spybot.
Should flush out all the threats.

Those IPs are from: Inhoster, Poltavskij Shliax 24, Kharkiv, 61000, Ukraine
Hardly your ISP, I'd guess!

Just use decent Antivirus and Firewall programs.
STOP using that crappy IE (other than for Windows-updates).
Install Firefox from www.getfirefox.com
