Strange Text on Start up

Hey,

When I turn my PC on, before it gets to the Microsoft Loading screen, Text flashes up with a black background and white text, it is to fast to read, the only word i can make out is ''fallback''. However when the PC is on it works fine, I recently installed an Nvidia 8500 GT Card also, Thanks

During this startup period, try to enter the BIOS setup program by pressing DEL or F1 or F2 or ESC (it's usually one of those 4 keys, which one depends on the mobo manufacturer) Once in the BIOS, find the startup options and disable the "quick boot" mode (it may be called something else). Then save settings and exit BIOS. On the subsequent restart, it will then display the message longer as well as a host of other info.
