stupid start page when pc restarts...slow dsl

Boot in Safe Mode.
Goto "my computer" and turn on "show all files and folders, including hidden and system". instructions here - courtesy of RBS

End Process for svcnt32.exe

Go to start -> run, and type regsvr32 /u "c:\windows\system32\shdocvn.dll" and hit enter.

Browse to the system32 folder and delete shdocvn.dll

Finally, run a new HJT scan and (if still there) check the box next to...

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdocvn.dll/errorAPI.htm#ID=PX8594;
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Start Page] C:\WINDOWS\system32\svcnt32.exe home

and click on hjt's fix checked button.

Other than that I can see nothing malicious in your log.

Next time, could you please edit your post instead of replying to post your log. If you wouldn't mind, I'm sure that those who would otherwise have to do it for you would appreciate it if you could edit your original post to remove the copied and pasted hjt log. Many thanks.
