I have Logitech Z-5300E THX Surround Sound speakers, and wanted to know how far away my case should be. It is 3-3 1/2 feet away right now, and the sub is in the corner, facing the wall. I can't find the manual so I have no idea if it is shielded or not.

The sub is shielded, so no need to worry. In anycase it`s far enough away.
