Suggestions on Programs For Windows Home

Just finishing cleaning off my computer, all I have installed would be Firefox. Any body know good free ware / software for this computer that is recommended to be installed?

Post as many as you can, I just wanna review what I feel is suitable to this.

Well, its opened to anything bsaically because im not the only person using this. Little brothers like games, I use it for coding/programming/art ect.
