    Freinds please assist

    I down load games or images from the net and a window pops up when i try to run. "suitable graphics importor was not found".

    It might be somethink simple but ive only had my computer a short time. What can i do?

    This sounds bad. What OS are you running? With out knowing any thing the only suggestion I have for you would be to download the trial version of ACDsee and see if the lests you see the pics you are trying to look at. Are the Tifs, Jpgs or what kind of pics are your downloading? :confused:
