Inactive Surfvox problem won't uninstall

Hello thank you for help in advance. I somehow gotten surfvox malware and cannot install it. I tried everything going to several different sites but none seems to work. The main problem seems to be I cannot open my task manager, pc setting, system restoration, when I try to search for certain programs that is preventing from doing it everything just automatically closes. I am at a loss here not sure what I can do. I read in a different topic to download first scan or something and post the addition and first here. Please help me I've been trying to fix this for hours now.

Please, observe following rules:
