Sursidekick virus help pleaz!!!!!!!!!!

Ok heres the problem i started to get pop ups all of a sudden so i ran my spyware check program and it said theres was 400 infected files plus surfsidekick and newdotnet browser plugin were on my computer n i cleaned my computer but those files are stuck now i get pop ups like crazy and i cant get rid of them also i cannot open my task manager and i have these porn zips that i never downloaded pleaz help here my hjt log
