SWAT 4 or Raven Shield

hi guy's
i want to play coop over LAN but i can only buy one of them SWAT 4 or Rainbow six: Raven Shield. you guy's know which one is better.
i heard that in SWAT 4 you die with just one shot if that's true than it sucks.
i just want one that is NOT SO TACTICAL to play cause i'm gonna play together with my girlfriend that is an total noob in gaming.

Rainbow six would be the best choice for your noob girlfriend

SWAT is really complicated because you have to remember alot of shortkeys to open doors, throw grenades and how to infiltrate a building without being spoted or heard by the terrorist

Raven shield is pretty fun Online / LAN but if you are getting recommendations I would say Half-life 2: Deathmatch would be the best choice... It's a cheap price game ( From steam it's $10 ) Also the game does not need high-end graphics cards like the nVidia 7900... You could play the game with Integrated cards and still have reasonable FPS ( frames per second ) and still have good graphics

but you can't play coop over lan cause that option is not possible in half life 2, but thanx for your reply i am gonna buy Raven Shield now.
