Sygate Pro not blocking

I've never used the "Advanced Rules" before and I am a little confussed as to why I cannot block 192.150.18.0 - 192.150.18.255 (Adobe.com).

I've tried testing other IPs but still all the traffic goes through. Any ideas because blocking single IPs works fine but whole ranges don't.
