  1. Hi, I'm getting pop-ups mentioning a "security vulnerability from the BloodHound Virus "and recommendations that I "install SysProtect to check [my] computer for free." I close the windows, but even after updating, restarting, and scanning my computer with Avast's anti-virus application the problem persists.

IE Dialogue popups + IE pop-up to: http://www.amaena.com/securityworm5/?aid=vm_ap_scwaskwl_1&lid=mediaplex

    Hijackthis log attached

    Details:
    Windows XP Home
    Avast (Program: 4.7.817, Vps: 0616-4)
Hardware: HP Compaq NC6000 Laptop (Pentium M, 512MB)
Connect: Comcast Cable & Wireless @ school
E-Mail: AT&T/Yahoo Mail Beta and Gmail (no app like outlook)
Other security: None yet, but maybe I'll reinstall AVG
Steps: Nothing specific, just browsing web. No porn or warez sites.
Error messages: None from Avast, doesn't detect a thing. IE dialogue pop-ups mention: a "security vulnerability from the BloodHound Virus "and recommendations that I "install SysProtect to check [my] computer for free."
