i have a system error no and then so this is what i did so far

i went to run - typed eventvwr.msc and then went to the error

here's what i pritty much saw:

Try an older version if you've updated it recently, or try installing the new version from scratch, i.e. uninstalling then reinstalling.

i have a speedbit video exceporator for youtube and some other site (it accelerates buffering)!
