System error unknow trojan - help!

I've just started to get this pop-up. I have no idea what it is. I did some research on google and downloaded some anti-spyware software that seemed to work for other people. however, i'm still getting that pop-up. I don't know much about computers and if anyone can help me I'd be soooo thankful.

Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions

You may also want to run Smitfraud Read all instructions, download and Run in Safe Mode
