System reboots automatically

System re-boots automatically when around 5 or more different applns are opened.. Gets re-booted automatically every one hour or so particularly if Windows Media Player s running.. On re-boot, it says system re-started due to overheating... and to press F4 to resume..

So Overheating is the cause, try running Everest Home Edition and monitoring your Temps, and post them on here if you see anything out of the Ordinary.
