Hi folks!

I was wondering if someone has run into this before and came out with a solution, Heres what happening....

I had replaced my motherboard with a ASUS A8R-MVP Duel core AMD 3800+ 2 GIG CPU using 2 GIG of RAM, ATI Radoen 1650 Pro Dual display video card, LG DVD Burner and a PCI Leadtech WinFast TV 2000 XP Capture Card.

The system works great until i watch TV, then randomly the system will reboot with no blue screen ( i have the auto reboot turned off). When the system boots back up, i have an error:

BCCode : 9c BCP1 : 00000004 BCP2 : 8054D5F0 BCP3 : B2000000
BCP4 : 00070F0F OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

I have upgraded all of the drivers, BIOS and software with the TV card, updated the system BOIS to the latest version, updated the Video card and all other drivers in the system.

I have disabled the overclocking,
moved the TV card to a different PCI slot

I used the TV Card in my prevous system for about 2 years with no problems
so i dont suspect the tv card.

I had hooked up a Hauppauge USB WINTV PVR-2 and that works fine but id perfer the Leadtech, its a much better product.

Leadtech was no help, they just want me to buy their latest tv card.

Any insite would be fantastic!!

Thanks in Advance!

check to see your drivers are up to date with that mobo and card
also ensure your RAM is compatible with the mobo (RTFM)
Overclocking can also cause system errors. Run at default speeds.
OCing can also damage ram. Run memtest86+ for at least 7 passes to check.
Also check PSU with a tester and a multi-meter.
