System Restore - Win98

A friend of mine runs 98 and needs to do a system restore but says he can't find that feature on his computer.

Is there System Restore on Win98?

And if so, how can he find and run it?

Windows 98 doesn`t have a system restore feature. System restore is only available in Windows ME/XP/Vista.
