Finished removing files and updating with FileHippo.

Thank you for all of your help, it is very much appreciated!

My computer still sounds like a jet getting ready to take off though. Not as frequently, but it does still occur. Not sure why this is happening.

Download Process Explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
Unzip ProcessExplorer.zip, and double click on procexp.exe to run the program.
Click on View > Select Colunms.
In addition to already pre-selected options, make sure, the Command Line is selected, and press OK.
Go File>Save As, and save the report as Procexp.txt.
Attach the file to your next reply.

Provide processor info (hold Windows logo key, and hit Pause/Break key to find out).

Both logs look just fine.
Is your computer loud all the time, or when you're doing something in particular?

I'd suggest, you get a can of compressed air, open the case and give it a good blow inside.

Most of the time it is quite, and the noise does not seem to be linked to any activity. I will try opening up the case and cleaning it out.

Thank you for your time, I really appreciate it!!

Great!
You should do it twice a year.
If there is a carpet in your room, even more often.
