hi I'm a complete novice with computers and think I need help.
On start up I get a message saying that the following could not be found

C:\windows\system32\lvjxjgvj.dll

if I press the "OK" icon the pc seems to run fine. Do I need to do anything? Can somebody please give me some advice on this?
many thanks
martin

i think that you should first GO HERE and follow the instructions. after this, post an hjt log along with any logs that are required. dont worry it's not as difficult as it seems:wave:

thanks will do that BUT what is an "hjt log" ? I said I was a novice

once you have started the process , you will discover what hjt logs are (product of 'hijack this')
if you get stuck, don't be afraid to ask..
