T-Mobile's Uncarrier initiative marches on as the company recently announced that customers will soon be able to make monthly payments on smartphone and tablet accessories in addition to handsets and slates.

As part of the extended equipment installment payment plan (EIP) that launches July 20, customers can purchase smartphone and tablet accessories with $0 down and pay for them over the course of 24 months sans interest.

Said accessories need to be priced between $69 to $250 to qualify, however, and the offer appears to be limited to those with a Simple Choice plan. Qualifying purchases include the popular Beats by Dre headphones, Jawbone's Jambox portable Bluetooth speaker and the Mophie Universal Charging Bundle, just to name a few.

T-Mobile is also running another promotion in which anyone that buys an iPhone and iPad together can get a $100 prepaid MasterCard through September 2. And starting this week, T-Mobile is carrying the LG G3, the Nokia Lumia 635 and the Samsung Tab 4 8-inch.

This is just the latest in the company's Uncarrier initiative. If you recall, T-Mobile announced a Test Drive program last month in which they'll let you try out their network free for seven days using an iPhone 5s. What's more, streaming music from popular providers including Pandora, Rhapsody, Spotify, iHeartRadio, iTunes Radio and Slacker Radio no longer count against the data allowance included in your plan.
