task bar frozen / can someone help w/ highjack

I have no idea how to read this Hijack report. Can someone help me read it and suggest the next step? I'm using Hijack because my Taskbar is totally frozen. The icons and desktop are fine though. This happened at startup so really can't attribute it to any actions. Any help would be very appreciated!

What I was doing

It happened on startup. I've closed Processes to isolate the problem and couldnt make anything respond.
