  1. Ok so my computer hasnt been with internet for almost 2 weeks and now i finally get it back and it has gone haywire on this new internet, im not sure if anyone went on and did something but i currently can not open task manager and i have read a thread about searching for taskmgr in the %systemroot% thing which the taskmgr does get found but then because of my mouse doing the open with problem it will not let me left click to open it, it just pops up "open with" menu and if i right click and try to open it says it has been disabled by administrator.

Is there any way to fix these problems simultaneously without losing anything on computer

    i have windows vista 64

it may have to do with a program called TrustedInstaller

    TrustedInstaller

trustedinstaller.exe is built into Vista. Also, run your antivirus and antispyware programs to ensure it is not a virus masquerading as a component of Microsoft Windows Vista codename Longhorn based on NT technology.
