Task Manager Looks simplified and I don't want it to be

Simplified Task Manager - Help

I don't know what I did, but somehow I got my task manager to look different and not have many options such as the 'processes' tab I use to close programs not shown in 'tasks', here's a screen shot on how it looks:

it shows all open programs so to speak but not any other tabs...
does anyone know how to change it back to normal??
