Task Manager & Regedit not opening

Hi all. I'm having issues with my task manager not opening and regedit showing a "this is already in use by another program" error when opening. I know this is virus related and am having trouble pinpointing the issues. Attached is my HJT log:

your log shows that you have a variety of nasties. you seem to also be running two firewalls, that's not good! run one only. go here. and follow the instructions. remove hjt from your desktop, and place it within its own folder in docs or prog files, you must then change its name to eg, analyser 1991.
after you have completed the instructions, post a fresh hjt log as an attachment in txt form. from below the reply box.

I have moved your thread to the correct forum. Therefore, you should continue to post in this thread.

As tomrca quite rightly says, your system is infected with a variety of nasties.

Very Important: Before deciding whether you should clean or reformat your system, go and read this thread HERE and decide what it is you want to do.

If after reading the above, you wish to clean your system, do the following.

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as attachments into this thread, only after doing the above.
