Task MGR not opening and processor extremely slow

Even though I use Avast to protect my laptop, I think for the last 3 months my system has been running extremely slow. It hangs, freezes and I have a hunch it has to do with windows live MSN since it's always freezing on me. I try to check the Task Manager to see what's keeping my processor busy but tsk mgr is unable to come up.

I have looked over the forums and ended up following instructions posted on this forum:

The Mbam log shows pirated programs:
C:\Users\KENELI\Desktop\SAYDA CHEATING\QuickTime.Pro.7.1.5.120\keymaker.exe
C:\Users\KENELI\LightRoom 2.2 + Books\keygen.exe

And as usually happens when someone tries to get something for nothing, malware came with it. Please remove these programs if you want support..

I noticed there are no System Restore Points. did you turn this feature off?
Also, the fact that you are using 3 file sharing programs guarantees you continued malware:

The Java is way out of date. The current version is v6u20. All earlier versions are vulnerabilities and should be removed and the program updated.

You need to know these things because you can't take malware out the front door and let it come right back in the back door.
