Taskbar and Decktop icon Disappear out of nowhere

  1. ok

    i been having the problem for about a week now when ever im on the internet somtimes everything goes away except the desktop wallpaper
    cant use the mouse to click anything
    i have to pres Control alt delete

    and go to run app

    to open stuff

    help plz

    This is quite normal for Windows - Explorer crashes. You get everything back if you run explorer.exe again.

    Can you see a pattern to this problem? There doesn't seem to be any obvious spyware on your computer but there may be other reasons to it.

    when there is nothing to click


    do u mean pressing Control alt delete

    Yes you hit CTRL ALT DEL, then go to File>>New Task (Run...) Then just type in explorer.exe
