Taskbar on top

forgive me if i'm posting this in the wrong section but question is my daughter somehow has put the taskbar at the top of the screen and i can't get it back to the bottom,any help will be gladly appreciated.

Left click on it and hold and drag it to the bottom THEN right click on it and click on 'Lock Taskbar'.

thank you very much,as i almost lost my mind trying to fix out that mess,someone(her sibling )had to have done that to her,no way a 9 year old figures that out as you have to unlock it to move it and it was locked at the top but again thanks
