hai alll, this is emergency case, all help appreciated
2 pc in in my office cannot be accessed from the other ( i used workgroup connection, all clients used win XP)
the error message is : \\pcname is not accessible. you might not have permission to use network resources. contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permission...
here is what i havedone :
use the same user name and password
enable net bios over tcp ip
dsable firewall
permission sharing to everyone
enable server and computer browser service on
FYI : ping is successful
when I press Cntrol alt del, there's this strange condition:
on the process tab, exist taskcntr.exe. But after 2 seconds it's gone, and then back again. it's going on again and again.
this is true for both pc.
here is my log file from hijackthis ( I run it from c:\windows|program files)
