Taskmanager Problem

    This is a strange problem, my taskmanager isnt showing all the tabs and has less functionality because of this. Heres a picture of how it looks i think it explains all. Thanks for the help in advnace!
    Im unable to upload the attachment does ne one know how i can? its says page cannot be displayed. Is it just down? O well ill try to upload it later but im sure someone wil still be able to help THanks

    Try double clicking anywhere on the grey border of task manager.
