    With so many options in front of me, this is a very "Open ended" question.
    with $300 usd or so,For me its a hard choice,,AGP card,,,MOBO and Memory,,,CPU,,,HDD, or just a kick @$$ MOBO or ,,,,Ya see what i mean?

    I want to do some Gaming,MY son aswell, i use my pc for internet and online gaming with good Quality(IMO) So with many improvments to be had, i need someone to help me deside,,,

    My VGA card is on the low-end,,eVGA MX-440 128meg 8X
    MOBO is MSI i845E-MAX 4X AGP (1,2,4X only)
    HDD is Maxtor 40GIG DiamondMax ATA133
    MEM is Kingston HyperX PC-2100 (512meg)
    CPU is 2.4(Northwood) Celeron P4.
    Would a "Full" P4 improve things listed above? My MOBO supports up to 3.0 533FSB CPU?

    I would definitely get rid of the Celeron for the Max P4 you could get and split the $ for a Vid Crd. Since you have plenty ram.
