Text Based Online Game Security - Banning

    Hey, i herd this forum could help me out. im looking for help in banning IP's or banning Hard drives with a text based online game. im having troubles at keeping them off my game and i have a temp ban, but i can figure out how to ban a ip for good or ban there hard drive's (serial code) or something alike, can anyone help keep these spammers off? :confused:
