I am making my first post to sincerely thank whoever contributed the article on cleaning out old USB drivers. My virtual Kindle USB drive kept disappearing and coming back every time I plugged it in to charge it, and I was about demented with it. I had already returned a Kindle to the retailer because it would not charge, and the replacement was exactly the same, and Amazon Kindle support could not help me, but since following the instructions given on this web site, I can now charge my Kindle first time every time. Thank you everybody at Techspot! PS Could you please make the random questions a bit easier, as I am a bit of a numpty!
