  1. I am making my first post to sincerely thank whoever contributed the article on cleaning out old USB drivers.

My virtual Kindle USB drive kept disappearing and coming back every time I plugged it in to charge it, and I was about demented with it.

I had already returned a Kindle to the retailer because it would not charge, and the replacement was exactly the same, and Amazon Kindle support could not help me, but since following the instructions given on this web site, I can now charge my Kindle first time every time. Thank you everybody at Techspot!

    PS
Could you please make the random questions a bit easier, as I am a bit of a numpty!

    Hi Pappyon

    Welcome to [IMG] :grinthumb

You can read how to post a new thread in this Guide.

Before posting you should read all the Posting Guidelines.

To access technical support you may go to the Forums.

Many users like to post system specs in their Profile.

System Specs are always helpful when you seek support, (see the first two suggestions).
And helpers may ask that you post some of your specs in your thread.
