  1. Hi, I have been trying to solve a problem for more than 2wks now and I have been in blue screen hell. No other forum seemed to be able to help me with this problem. Although they have tried and I do appreciate what I have learned from them as well, they just didn't solve this problem for me.

    Thanks to Rick, his explainations and his screen shots, this problem was solved in less than 30 min.

    I hope it is okay to share this link with others because they need to know that you exist.
