My laptop had a firey accident when a repair shop drilled into the housing and punctured the battery. I need a new one badly, especially since I'm a college student studying computer science. The monitor would work great for programming on, the resolution just means I can see more code on screen. The zipper on my backpack for the laptop pocket is busted.
