The dependency service or group failed to start

I am using windows 10 .I am having problem with networking and sharing center the network status is unknown and below that message says " The dependency service or group failed to start "


I use cmd command
sfc /scannow which say "windows resource protection found corrupt file but unable to fix some of them"
I didn't understand the CBS.log . I attached CBSlog file

but nothing fixed
I also checked event viewer but it shows a popup message service eventlog not found in this computer



I googled a lot about problem but nothing fixed
I don't know what to do now
please help if u know solution

There are multiple logs viewed by the Event Viewer, no just one. Have you been manipulating the services being started?

No I didn't manipulate the services

Lots of issues: ownership, permissions of system directories and files, links not corresponding to actual files ...

I would start looking at your System Restore points and attempting to get one far enough back to correct this stuff.
The SFC is finding the right things, so use it immediately after any attempted restore.
