    Hi.
I have a huge problem.I was trying to reformat my daughters old computer which was running windows 98 by installing xp pro over it.Everything was going find we backed up programs and files she wanted to keep. Then I started to install xp it errased everything on the hard drive, that was okay, but then with 39 mins left a message showed up on the screen "THE ENDPOINT FORMAT IS INVAILD" I cant get rid of it and everything i have looked at tells me to go into safe mode but it has the same message. I cant do anything else because nothing is actually installed on hard drive now except this version up to this point.HELP!!!!!!
