The Sims II Install Help.

I am a serious Sims addict and have EVERY game. I installed the Sims II on my flatmates computer and when he reformatted I tried to reinstall it but after i put in the reg code it comes up with "ereg has encountered a problem and needs to close."
The installation then stops at 23% which is when it shouls say please insert disk two!!!! :dead:

Problem with installing The Sims 2

I encountered a similar problem. I inserted disc 1 and when it reached 23% installation, i was asked to insert disc 2. At this point, i inserted disc 2 and clicked on "ok". However, the popup would never go away no matter how many times i clicked it. Pls help!
