The system has recovered from a serious error

I recently got this message and it will not go away. I have restored the computer to a previous time when it did not show the message but it is still there. Whenever I select either option it reapears straight away. The error signature is:
BCCode : 1000000a BCP1 : C0E1E644 BCP2 : 00000001 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 80505F07 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1
