  1. That has to do with drivers and you can stop and reset them
    But it's not Device manager
    I need to reset my tablet's driver so it works...
    But I forgot what it was, silly me. If someone knew what it was I'd be grateful!

    Found it: Computer management. I did some searching on my own
    Not with google.
    Went under the startup stuff

    Start > Run > Services > Look for driver that's not working correct, highlight service and hit restart over in the panel

    Drivers are not the same thing as Services!

    Typically, we navigate
    Control->Administrative Tools->Computer Management->Device Manager​
    and access the drivers there.

    However, the shortcut is Command Prompt->devmgmt.msc
