This cant be good... Why is my skin glowing?

    Hi, kind of a strange story here, I recently purchased some UV Black lights for my computer case. I installed them and everything worked good. Then about 30 minutes ago I stuck my hand under it and it appears.. that spots of my right hand are glowing green. I washed my hand around 50 times and still, its green. WTF is going on. Possibly an undiscovered disease or something to that extent. Maybe its something normal? lol thanks in advance if anyone cares to reply.
