The Oculus Rift has been the subject of multiple stories and Found pieces here at TechSpot, and for good reason - it's pretty awesome. The latest bit of virtual reality wizardry comes to us from the Summer Hack Day at Netflix's headquarters.

A team of six coders came up with a 3D room version of the Netflix UI for the Oculus Rift. Fittingly referred to as Oculix, the hack even features full gesture support.

As the company noted in the Hack Day blog post, this all-day hackathon is designed to be fun and encourage collaboration but if something useful comes of it, that's great. Some features from previous Hack Days are just as impressive so why not allow everyone to let their creative juices flow free every now and again?

Found is a TechSpot feature where we share clever, funny or otherwise interesting stuff from around the web.
