To return or not? Opinions plz....

    Ok, simple really......got a a7n8x dlx with a gf3 that don't work together. Got a crucial 9800pro for 260, works fine BUT now i'm wondering if i should return the pro and get a 9600pro instead?

    reasons are:
    dont play that many games (currently DoD, Generals)
    Money (i'm a (eduacated) bum)
    Waiting for games like HL2 etc

    So wat do u lot think? Just stick with this, or return and get a better card nxt year?

    Any thoughts? suggestions?

    (i'm sure the tyan 9600pro should last me till nxt year..oh and i got a 2500XP @ 3200)

    Don't see any reason why you should return it for a lower version.
    If you're waiting for games like HL2 then you'll be happy you kept it.

    thx for the replies, but its a lot of money now for something i dont use to its max. I could pick up a newer card next year if (IF) i get a job :D At least i'll have doom3 and hl2 to play....
