toshiba 1800 series keyboard removal

    does anyone know what is involved with removing the toshiba 1800 keyboard?

    Take out the screws on the bottom, remove the plastic bezel which is above the keyboard (Common for 1800s)... There usually isn't much to it. I'd give you more detail, but they are all different depending on the model... 1800 is just a family model. And if you gave me a specific model, there's a good chance I've never opened one up or even remember which one it is. :)

    Toshiba may have a disassembly guide opn their website if you look hard enough. I've seen them for Compaq and Dell.

    But if you are worried you'll break it, just be careful. It's not going to blow up or anything.
