    Well this is the rig:
    Intel Celeron 1.6GHz
    40GB HDD
    DVD-CD-RW
    Windows XP SP2 Home
    ATI Xpress 200
    256MB RAM DDR2

well, so this is what happen:
once in a time this laptop come into a hang and it freezes. i try to wait and shut the computer down straight. Well, it was like a racing snail, but after reboot the computer seems to be worse.

Then i found out that the HDD is set to PIO.
The problem is i can't change the mode from device manager.

Anyone know how to change from registry (probably)?
