My laptop is working, however when I turn it on it'll show the toshiba logo as it usually would but then the screen will go black with the mouse pad still still working.
This laptop has given me issues prior to this occurrence and I am hesitant to go ahead and use the warranty on it if this issue is fixable.
Any advise would be appreciated.
