    Hello to the TechSpot users.

    I am brand new here, and very green when it comes to computer problems.

    I am hoping this will be a place where I can come and get A+ help and advice when it comes to anything about computers.

    I should have introduced myself here first before posting my problem, but I really am in desperate need of help.
