ASUS P5PE-VM restarts itself

Hi ,

I too have a similar problem.

I have an home built PC with the ASUS-P5PE -vm motherboard.
And recently it started "Rebooting " itself.

This happens at different scenarios.
Sometime it restarts while its displaying the hardware info during pc-startup
Sometime it happens when it starts windows XP and stays there like 5 mins and then restarts.
Dont see any pattern.

Motherboard - ASUS-P5PE -VM
2 SATA HDD
1 CD Drive
1 Firewire card
512 MB Kinston ram
PS2 Mouse
USB Keyboard

There's no other external cards.
Power supply is max 300W.

The only weirdness noticed was ASUS Probe complaining about the PowerSupply fan.
But I noticed the air flowing from that exhaust opening and concluded ASUS probe is wrong.
Not sure if its the power supply or the motherboard.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
