Trojan Horce agent GIT, Help needed (log file attached)

Hi, My computer seems to have caught the Trojan Horse Agent GIT ? I cant remove it, And the info i find tells me to post a HJT log. So here it is attached.

Im fairly new to this so please explain carefully? I do have a fair good understanding of computers though.

Alos, will my files be under threat? I hav alot of imporant college work on my PC.
