Trojan horse Downloader.Generic2.EEK

Hi ... Somehow or another AVG found this today. I saw 1 other post with a trojan downloader.generic2 but with different extension ... would I use those same methods to remove this? Thank you!

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.
