Inactive Trojan Horse on Acer Laptop

I found a Trojan horse on a freinds acer laptop,i tried removing with AVG!it said error removal will make system un-stable,i dont have a re-boot cd for its windows,is there any way i can remove this manually?

i am updating the AVG at the mo as its been awhile since he updated it!lol i think this mite be the reason for it having a trojan!

Make sure, you PASTE all logs. If some log exceeds 50,000 characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
Attached logs won't be reviewed.

^^^ tried first 2 steps,installed 2nd mallware remover and would not allow it to run due to not been supported by the system etc,it asked me if i would like to try downloading again,so going to give it a try,have you had any trouble before with it downloading to vista?/
 
All those tools are compatible with all Windows versions.
Complete as many steps, as you can.
Let me know, which one(s) didn't work for you.
